Love is in the Air Paris Chic Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Darlene Handorff

I printed the Paris Eiffel Tower card onto a glossy photo paper and cut out the elements.

I used a black card as the base adding the front with DST with the card name "Love is in the Air" as part of the front as this is the translation of the French wording.

I used the floral decoupages to make the eye go from bottom of card to the top translation. Other decoupage pieces are used as decorative inserts. Very easy and quick to make.
