Easy Valentine Card TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo paper. Cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach the main front to a scalloped edge card similar Colour to the Flower on the card.

Using foam pads I built up the decoupage elements.

I used a pearl on either side of the sentiment and crystal glitter on the petals of the flower and on the middle of the flower.

This is a lovely card and could be used for many occasions apart from it's intended use as a Valentine card.
