I printed this design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a DL base card in a Dark red that matched the hearts and the red in the design.
I glued the design on to it.
I attached the Decoupage/ 3D on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy card to make out of this Beautiful design! I recomend it to all of you! Enjoy your card making!
