Bear with a HeartCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached it to the card using double sided tape. A very pretty card for Valentine’s Day.
