Printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Made a white 6x6 card and attached the base image to it using DST with the fold at the top - making it like a tent card.

Rounded the corners with a corner punch, then added the circle layers with glue gel.

Added a few peel off jewel dots for extra decoration.
