I printed out the design onto some good quality smooth paper then cut out all of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some green shiny card then attached it to a square white scalloped card blank that I had embossed and stamped on.

I decoupaged the smaller elements using raised sticky foam pads.
