I printed the decoupage sheet out twice. Then I cut a slice of scrapping paper to form my easel card base. I chose bright coloured sheet because the photo frame is so dark. I folded the easel card. Then I attached the front panel in its place.

Now I cut the photo part + corner gear out of the second decoupage sheet. I added it as a decoupage layoer with foam pads onto the front panel. I also cut 2 gears from the decoupage sheet + congratulation text. I attached one of the gears at the left upper corner of the front panel with foam pads.

Then I attached the other one with foam pads to the flat panel of the card as a stopper. I also attached the birthday wish to the card. To decorate the card I used some metallic decorations and some vinyl border stickers.
