I used one of the Hot Air Balloon toppers to compliment the Hot Air Balloon backing paper. I scored and folded an A4 card and attached the backing paper with double sided tape to the front of the card .
I then layered one of the toppers onto gold mirror card and attached it to the card with foam tape to give a slightly raised appearance.
I added a greeting to complete the card. Very effective and pretty.
