Steam Locomotive ToppersCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached design Steampunk Background Cogs and Clocks, cUp 312470_703 to the card using double sided tape.

I added one of the toppers to the card using thin foam tape.
