Sympathy Black/WhiteCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed this twice so I could use the second copy to decoupage. I placed the first base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the decoupage pieces using foam pads.

I then placed a plain white insert with black borders inside to finish.
