St Patrick's Luck of the Irish TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet on to matt photo paper, cut out elements. Attached base to gold pearlescent card, then to large square scalloped edge card. I added decoupage with foam pads, and added green gems to corners, and gold gem to shamrock. A lovely design for St. Patricks Day.
