This is a 6 x 6 St. Patrick's Day card topper with a top hat and a very cute Irish elf holding a four leaf clover for the decoupage layers.
The round sentiment tags say, Happy Birthday, Happy St. Patrick's Day, and Best Wishes for a Lucky Year

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added candi and a sentiment. A fun design.
If you purchase this finished card, please let me know your choice of sentiment.
