Springtime in Paris Topper One with DecoupageCompleted by Angela Styles

This is a delightful image and one of a very stylish set!

I printed this twice at a smaller size.i mounted one image on to pink card.I cut around the black frame of the second image and mounted this with foam pads.I mounted the finished topper on to a card blank.I added 2 of the sentiments.I finished by adding ribbon and black gems.
