I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a white card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

COPIED THIS TOPPER ON WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT IT ALL OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I OUTLINED THE ART WORK WITH BLACK GLITTER. I GLUED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER TO A BLANK CARD THEN THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT.
I USED PINK, GOLD AND SILVER METALLIC PAPER FOR BORDERS AND BUTTERFLIES.
