I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I matted the topper to some yellow card and then attached it with tape to a blue card. I added the decoupage layers with silicone glue, added the greeting and finally added matching border peeloffs.

This sheet is great for young footballers and they'll love it.
