I resized the sheet to fit semi-gloss photo paper that was 8 1/2"x11" and printed two copies. I covered a 5"x7" card with Graphic 45 paper then attached the large topper with dst.

I added the small pictures to the inside center left and the center back of the card, then cut away the border from the large topper on my second sheet and added it with silicone gel for dimension.

Finished with a diecut sentiment and some FlowerSoft "sand" on the pathways. I have enough to make a second smaller card with what's left. These are such great designs that Vicki has been doing--beautiful "as is" for a quick card, but conducive to all sorts of changing up and embellishments.
