Victorian House with Blue Roses & Lilac DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then I cut out all the elements, and placed the design base onto the front of my card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
