This is a very lovely painting of scenic weeping willow trees,
There is beautiful water birds, and a key for one layer of decoupage just to give a small raised effect,
The sentiment tags are in the form of notes with one on the sheet that says,
Happy Birthday and the other two say,
Happy Mother's day and
Wishing You Well
This card topper is suitable for any number of occasions.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto a textured black square card and used gold peel-off stickers to form a border at the top and bottom.
I added faux gems to them to complete the card.
This lovely tranquil scene would be of use for many different occasions.
