Scenic Framed Lake Topper with Butterfly DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionFloral / Floral Card Fronts
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to pink embossed card, then to a white scalloped edge C5 card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and silicone glue and finished with a pink dotted organza bow to spine.
A lovely design.
