Lge Dl Art Deco Winter Scenic Topper 7Completed by Davina Rundle

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. I added a die cut frame to a DL card. Mounted the topper on to my card. Layered all elements. Added die cut snowflakes and glitter. A sentiment can be added if required. A gorgeous design.
