Beautiful Sapphire Wedding Anniversary topper with decoupage

I printed this lovely delicate design onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I used blue holographic card as a mat behind the main image and adhered onto a white card base slightly larger than 8" x 8".
I shaped and decoupaged all the elements using 3D glue and finished with glitter touches and gems. Thank you so much Julie for this gorgeous design
Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. All elements cut out. The main design was attached to a 8 x 8 card with double sided tape and the decoupage built up and attached using sticky pads. I finished off with a couple of blue beads.
The insert was printed on good quality matte photo paper.
