Kings Jester Card Topper and Decoupage

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a red shimmer square card base and added a die-cut border in black to one side.

I used black peel-offs to complete the border, some faux gems here and there and the sentiment panel. This is a wonderful design for those who like a little quirkiness.
