Happy Anniversaryt Card Topper - BlueCompleted by Sheila Horne

I printed the design onto good quality photo paper, cut out all pieces and layered with foam pads. I added a blue gem to the middle of the bow and a'diamond' to one of the rings.

I then embossed a pattern around the edges of silver backing paper, and attached the finished topper. Very easy to make and a very pretty design
