Followed My HeartCompleted by Cindy Thompson

I printed this lovely image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto light burgandy backing paper, then mounted onto gold sparkle effect card, then cut out the floral decoupage and added them to the main image using silicon glue, added gold lines and corner and wording peel offs to the burgandy paper, and finished off with peel offs coloured red with whispers permanent pens to the gold card.
