Beautiful Teal Ribbon Heart TopperCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I printed at half size then mounted onto an aqua silver foiled card which I trimmed with a deckle blade.

I wrapped the bottom part with a tuquoise organza ribbon then mounted onto a deep turquoise card blank using DST.

I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then tied the ribbon into a large bow.
