Beautiful Love Swans TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added a pearl to the centre of the large flowers and a small clear gem to the centre of the smaller flowers.

I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to give more definition.
