I printed two copies and used one as the base. I then cut a circle of white card and printed a christening message (to hide the original as this card was not for my daughter).

I then used the second copy and cut out the flowers from around the message circle and the heart and the cross and stuck them on using foam pads.

Finally I added a few sticky gems around the message and on the corners before mounting on a scalloped card.
