The design was printed on quality card stock a couple of times so I could decoupage the center section. The extra pieces that I cut out were added with foam pads. Then the topper was attached to a white card with double sided tape.

This is an easy card to make. It’s clean and simple design catches the eye and makes a lovely card for a celebration that has limited choices in card designs.
