water color Toppers collection - policemanCompleted by MELLONIE-DAWN ADAMS

I uploaded the file into my cricut design space (my personal preference of printing and cutting.... but it isn't necessary) and sized the card to fit on a white 6 x 6 inch card. I printed out the main image onto 200gsm card and cut. I then cut a black piece of 200gsm card and made a frame out of white glitter card. I layered all these up onto the main card using 3d foam pads.

This is a really gorgeous card and oh so simple to make. The water colour painting effect is stunning and is a great card for my daughter's boyfriend who is joining the police.
