Shabby Chic Style Toppers Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Printed two copies on glossy photo paper. Cut out the large topper, taped a diecut border to the bottom, and attached the topper to a card with dst.

Cut the large topper from the second copy, but without the frame, taped another border in place, then attached with silicone gel for dimension.

Added a diecut sentiment, attached with PinFlair Glue and four pearls. Decorated the inside back of the card front and the center back of the card with one of the tags and a small picture.
