Shabby Chic Style Toppers Completed by Peggy Stogdill

Printed two copies on glossy photo paper. Attached one large topper to a card and bordered with vintage paper lace. Attached the tag shape to the center back side of the card front and a small picture to the card center back.

Cut the bouquet, ribbons and the long piece of lace on the right from the second large topper, placed some lace flowers cut from a vintage wedding gown as pictured, glued on some pieces of matching ribbon in such a way that the glued ends would be covered with the decoupage, then added the cut-out decoupage with silicone gel for dimension.

Finished by cutting the bouquet out of one of the mid-size pictures and attaching it to the center with silicone gel.
