I printed on cardstock. I cut out the decoupage pieces. I glued the flower bouquet directly onto the card base and attached pearls sto the centers of the four flowers.

I used silicone glue to attach the bird and foam mounting tape to attach the Just a Note to say sentiment.

I attached the finished topper by using double sided tape onto a complimentary colored card blank.
