I printed on cardstock. I cut out the decoupage pieces. I attached the Speedy Recovery sentiment by gluing directly on the card base. I glued the bird and flower bouquet directly on the card base as well. I used silicone glue to attach the larger flower to give more depth.

I added pearls to the centers of the five smaller flowers. Attached the finished topper using double sided tape onto a complimentary colored card blank.
