I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the topper onto a scalloped edge card and added one of the sentiments..a lovely design.

The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image was cut out using a fancy blade, then attached to cream card. Gold peel off was used or all borders. The sentiment was added using foam pads.
