Jukebox Topper + DecoupageCompleted by Teresa Kearns

I printed the jukebox out twice on card and made a decoupage. I attached that onto a square of blue backing paper using 3D foam stickers. On the corners I used black split pin paper fasters and a black ribbon stuck on with 3D foam sticker.

Also the name Jim was attached which were also split pin fasteners. All attached to a black background paper and punched out silver stars were used and a bottle of champagne with another black ribbon.

A black button was superglued on which had two white split pin fasteners put into the button holes.
