I printed this sheet and cut out the elements. I mounted the base image onto some blue card, leaving a small border. I then took a piece of larger red card which went on another piece of blue card, again leaving a small border.

I stuck these onto an A5 card blank and added the decoupage elements with 1mm foam pads.
