I printed on to white 220 gsm card and cut out all elements. I layered on to a card blank and finished with some gems and glitter glue. Gorgeous!

I cut out all the pieces by hand, and choose the Special mum tag, made up the topper using gel glue, I then placed this onto a piece of gold card.
Using a 8x8in red scalloped card blank I then covered the front with a piece of floral paper slightly smaller to give a border, put the topper on, then die cut a 'with Love' in the same gold card and glued this bottom centre added a red organza bow and white gems
