Can be cut out and stuck onto card stock or leave the white edge on the left hand side of topper and fold this around a base sheet to give a card front.
Embellish if required or add extra sparkly bits from your own collection for extra dimension

I cut out the large image and stuck it to a green card. I added the decoupage layers and added border peeloffs to decorate it.
