I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the panel using thin foam tape.

I added a greeting using thin foam tape. I added 38 to the ball as this card was ordered for a 38th birthday.
