gardening toppers

These are perfect for the gardeners in your life! I printed off the design twice onto glossy photo paper, so I could add dimension to both of these cards.

One of each card front was mounted onto pearlised card. I used a dark green and a reddy brown card.

The second card front I fussy cut the main characters and other objects in the pictures - the watering cans in both and the flower box & a pot in the retirement one.

I went around the edges of each one in glitter pen then added a bit of glitter to the items as well as some Glaze pen to the Father's jacket and the flowers & dirt to give texture.

I finished off with a few flower gems and 'bugs'.

I am really pleased with the way these came out. Although I have added retirement and Father's Day sentiments to these, they would be just as home as birthday cards.
