Bulls Eye

I used pale blue card. On that I placed some Happy Birthday backing paper and scalloped the edges and placed in the middle of the card.

Upon this I picked out some of the characters from the sheet and placed them onto the card.

I added my own sentiment tag and mat and layered onto pale blue card. This is a fun sheet from which you could make two or three cards from it.
