Blue Aftershave Birthday Greetings Dl Topdown Topper
I have designed this DL topper as a simple decoupage topper that is top down vertical, with up to 3 extra layers and the base layer.
Simply cut out the base layer, that has been sized slightly smaller then true DL this is so it can fit on your card easy and you can still matt and layer behind it, then you cut out the next layer and finally the elements to add, use 3D glue or foam to give alttle height and simply add you own bow to finish the topper.

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a small dl cream card, then using 2mm sticky pads i made up the design, this is a terrific design for any man, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
