Blue TriumphCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer. I stuck some patterned paper onto the card blank using double sided tape and then the decoupage image on top.

What a fab design which can be made into a traditional or very trendy card. The occasions it can be used for are endless.
