Blue Car TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed a pastel striped paper onto the front of a 7x5card, then added the main design base, this i placed at the top of the card, adding a dark blue border all round the outside edges of the main card and topper, to finish off i placed the border which came with the design at the bottom of the main card and added the happy birthday sentiment, along with a light blue bow in the middle of the border, this is a terrific design was very easy to cut and make up, and is very effective when done, this design could be used for a number of ocassions.
