I reduced the size to fit a 6" sq. card, allowing for a border, and printed two copies on one sheet of matte photo paper.

I used two CUP backing papers (one from cup401090_692 and cup320014_10) and a couple of lacy border punches to create a background, then cut away the dark outer frame portion from the base image and attached it to the card with dst.

I cut the flower in the lower left and the striped strip with the ribbon all as one piece from the second copy and added it 3D with silicone gel, as well as the other decoupage (I did extra as I had both copies of the design) and the sentiment.

Finished with some little flower pearls and narrow white peel-off borders outlining the sides of the card. I LOVE these designs of Julie's-they're wonderful "as is", or lend themselves perfectly to all the frills and frippery you care to add :-)
