Steampunk Lady in a Hat Plate Pyramage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto copper mirror card, added 2 feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle. I added an animal print bow as an embellishment.
