I cut out the base image and matted it onto aqua shimmer card, added a feather then matted that onto gold dotty embossed card then onto more aqua shimmer card.
I decoupaged the 2 layers with 3D glue gel and embellished with Dovecraft glitter glue and crystal stickles.
