Sewing Vintage Style Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I stuck the Topper to an 8 inch card using DST. I then used Foam Pads to add Decoupage.

I stuck a Brown Bow to top corners, and put small pearls on the top of pins, some Glitter on the Flowers and Gold Glitter around label on the Bottle.

I used two of the sentiments, one at the Top and one on the bottom. I really like this design, and makes into a wonderful card.
