Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements. I used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. Used foam tape to attach the main Decoupage panel. I then used foam pads to attach the ribbon Decoupage.
I stuck a pretty pearl gem in the middle of the Bow. A lovely design, and makes into a nice card.
