I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Before I layered the feather sections on the design, I glued real white feathers to the whole copy and then mounted the cut-outs over them.

I matted this onto turquoise embossed card and then layered it to a square white textured card. Finally I added faux turquoise gems in the corners. This is a striking design for those interested in native Americans.
